<li>3+ years experience as a Product Manager solving business problems using AI/ML products.</li>

They ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of safety, quality, productivity, costs, deadlines, and team development, while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.</p><br><br><p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><p>Participate in the definition and implementation of the site's industrial strategy.<br>Lead the Process, Production, Utility, and Preventive Maintenance departments.<br>Corrective Maintenance and Maintenance Methods and TPM.<br>Ensure the safety of employees and promote a strong HSE culture.<br>Optimize production costs and sustainably improve industrial performance.<br>Develop a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement culture.<br>Prepare and monitor operating and investment budgets (Capex/Opex).<br>Lead industrialization and development projects.<br>Analyze performance indicators and implement appropriate action plans.<br>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, HSE, and Quality standards.<br>Manage, develop, and support industrial teams.<br>Ensure effective collaboration with the Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, HR, Finance, Sales, and Industrial Performance departments.</p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p>- Engineering degree in Food Industry from ESIAT.<br>- Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, including at least 5 years in an Industrial Director or Production Director role.<br>- Experience in the agri-food industry is highly desirable.</p><br><br><p><u>Technical skills</u><br>- Industrial site management.<br>- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen.<br>- Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX).<br>- Industrial project management.<br>- Proficiency in ERP systems and performance analysis tools.<br>- Good knowledge of quality and food safety standards.<br>- Proficiency in French and English.</p><br><br><p><u>Personal qualities</u><br>- Leader.<br>- Team builder.<br>- Strong results orientation.<br>- Strategic vision.<br>- Analytical skills and decision-making ability.<br>- Excellent communication and change management skills.<br>- Ability to motivate teams around ambitious goals.</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
