<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> الوظيفة: <p>تقرير إلى الإدارة العامة، ستقوم بتحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية التصدير للشركة عبر عدة مناطق جغرافية استراتيجية: أوروبا، الشرق الأوسط، أفريقيا، وأمريكا الشمالية. <br>سوف تكون مسؤولاً عن الأداء التجاري الدولي، وتطوير الشراكات الاستراتيجية، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والربحية.</p><br><br><p><br><u>التطوير الاستراتيجي والتجاري</u></p><br><br><ul><li>تعريف ونشر استراتيجية التصدير الشاملة للشركة.</li><li>تحديد وتطوير أسواق دولية جديدة ذات إمكانات عالية.</li><li>تحديد الأهداف التجارية حسب المنطقة الجغرافية وضمان تحقيقها.</li><li>قيادة أنشطة الاستهداف وتطوير المبيعات الدولية.</li><li>الإشراف على الردود على العطاءات الاستراتيجية.</li><li>إجراء المفاوضات التجارية مع العملاء الرئيسيين والشركاء.</li></ul><p><u>إدارة الأسواق الدولية</u></p><br><br><ul><li>تكييف الاستراتيجيات التجارية مع خصوصيات السوق الثقافية والتنظيمية والاقتصادية.</li><li>تطوير والحفاظ على العلاقات طويلة الأجل مع الحسابات الكبرى ومتداولي التوزيع والشركاء الدوليين.</li><li>تمثيل الشركة في المعارض التجارية الدولية والفعاليات.</li></ul><p><u>الإدارة التشغيلية والمالية</u></p><br><br><ul><li>مراقبة الأداء التجاري والهامش والربحية حسب السوق.</li><li>تطوير وإدارة ميزانيات التصدير.</li><li>تحليل مؤشرات الأداء وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.</li><li>ضمان التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج وسلسلة الإمداد والتسويق والمالية والدعم.</li></ul><p><u>الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر</u></p><br><br><ul><li>ضمان الامتثال للوائح الدولية والجمركية والتجارية.</li><li>الإشراف على عمليات اللوجستيات المتعلقة بالتصدير.</li><li>تحديد وتوقع المخاطر التجارية والمالية والجيوسياسية والتنظيمية.</li><li>تنفيذ خطط التخفيف من المخاطر وضمان استمرارية الأعمال.</li></ul><p><u>إدارة الفريق</u></p><br><br><ul><li>إدارة وتطوير فرق التصدير الدولية.</li><li>إدارة مديري المناطق.</li><li>المشاركة في التوظيف والتقييم وتطوير مهارات الموظفين.</li><li>تطوير ثقافة الأداء والتميز التجاري والتفاعل بين الثقافات.</li></ul> <br> <br> الملف المطلوب : <ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس (بكالوريوس+4/5) أو أعلى، ويفضل من كلية إدارة أعمال أو كلية هندسة.</li><li>خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تطوير الأعمال الدولية، بما في ذلك 10 سنوات على الأقل في مناصب مدير التصدير ضمن قطاعات الأغذية والزراعة أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول.</li><li>خبرة قوية في تطوير وإدارة أسواق التصدير متعددة المناطق (أوروبا، الشرق الأوسط، أمريكا الشمالية، وأفريقيا).</li><li>إتقان ممتاز لتقنيات التفاوض الدولية والتجارة الدولية واللوائح الجمركية واتفاقيات إنكوترمز والمعايير المعمول بها في أسواق التصدير.</li><li>خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق تفوق ثقافية وإدارية متعددة الجنسيات.</li><li>مهارات تحليلية قوية، موجهة نحو النتائج، والقدرة على إدارة الأداء التجاري والمالي.</li><li>قيادة قوية، رؤية استراتيجية، مهارات تواصل ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة دولية معقدة.</li><li>إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية، والفرنسية. معرفة بلغة أخرى تعد ميزة.</li><li>الاستعداد للسفر الدولي المتكرر.</li></ul> <br><br>"</div>
