You will evolve in a demanding, formative, and stimulating environment, in contact with diverse stakeholders and on high-value-added financial issues.</p><p><strong>Main Mission</strong></p><p>Participate in the execution of financial audit assignments for companies in different sectors, by contributing to the analysis of financial statements, risk assessment, process review, and the formulation of relevant recommendations in compliance with professional standards and EY methodology.</p><p><strong>Main Activities</strong></p><p>1. Operational Activities</p><ul><li>Participate in the planning and preparation of audit assignments.</li><li>Perform audit work on significant cycles:<ul><li>Treasury,</li><li>Purchases and suppliers,</li><li>Sales and customers,</li><li>Fixed assets,</li><li>Inventory,</li><li>Payroll and social charges,</li><li>Provisions and commitments,</li><li>Taxation,</li><li>Compliance of financial statements with applicable frameworks.</li></ul></li><li>Analyze internal control processes and identify risk areas.</li><li>Perform audit tests and document work in tools and work files.</li><li>Participate in the analytical review of accounts and the analysis of significant variations.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of mission summaries and deliverables for clients and managers.</li><li>Formulate clear findings and pragmatic recommendations.</li><li>Ensure coordination with the client's various stakeholders during assignments.</li></ul><p>2. Management / Coordination Activities</p><ul><li>Occasionally supervise junior profiles on certain mission phases.</li><li>Provide regular reporting on the progress of work to the Senior and Manager.</li><li>Contribute to meeting deadlines, deliverable quality, and EY methodological standards.</li><li>Participate in the team's skill development through sharing best practices and knowledge.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>1. Training / Experience</p><ul><li>Master's degree in accounting, finance, audit, or equivalent.</li><li>You have 1 to 4 years of experience in external audit, ideally acquired in a firm.</li><li>A good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and companies' financial issues is highly desirable.</li></ul><p>2. Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Good command of financial audit fundamentals.</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting, financial principles, and audit standards.</li><li>Ability to analyze financial data and identify risk areas.</li><li>Good command of Excel and office tools.</li><li>Written fluency in French; a good level of professional English is an asset.</li></ul><p>3. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Audit: - Is overall responsible for all internal QM and external audit certifications (QM &amp; SHE) within the production facility - Plans and ensures the follow-up for the internal audit plan within the organization - Performs audits to comply with internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations - Verifies the effectiveness and the generalization of the corrective and preventive actions resulted from external and internal audits - Maintains the auditors qualification and performs the required auditors re-qualifications according to LEONI standards and customer requirements - Ensures the compliance of the plant facility systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and all local regulations Methods: - Ensures with the Quality Operations team the identification and presentation of lessons learned and best practices - Secures the evaluation of local application of lessons learned and best practices and checks continuously their implementation as well as their effectiveness - Develops training programs in accordance with the global qualification matrix based on LEONI, customer requirements and local regulations - Trains and coaches the organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Quality standards, tools and methods (e.g. 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, MSA, etc. ) - Ensures the availability of required number of trainers within the organization to perform quality tools training - Assesses the respect of customer specific requirement and LEONI orientation towards FMEA tool (Updates, IS classification, Quotation respect, etc.) - Organizes Quality contests within production facilities (e.g. QRQC competition, Best Lessons Learned, etc.)</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>University degree in a scientific field 3 years in Quality Management English required (C1)</p><p></p></section>
