Par une présence terrain de proximité, contribuer à la réactivité des équipes, à la coordination opérationnelle et à la fluidité de communication avec le management. 1. Pilotage opérationnel et performance Suivre les indicateurs SQCDPI du périmètre et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance HPT. Mettre à jour et suivre les plans d'actions et PDCA avec le Responsable d'Activité. Veiller à la bonne exécution de la production dans le respect du planning et des priorités. TERMS OF REFERENCE : Recruitment of a Project Assistant 1. Professional experience • Professional experience between 2 and 4 years in administrative support or project management for development projects. • It is necessary to have prior experience in at least one of the following areas (experience in two or three areas will be an important asset): • Operational and/or logistical support to international cooperation projects of NGOs; • Administrative and financial monitoring of environmental, energy or sustainable development projects; • Organization of multi-stakeholder events and management of partner relationships. • Prior experience on projects funded by international donors (UN, EU, bilateral agencies or others) is necessary.
