Join a collaborative environment where leadership, innovation, and process excellence support business success and professional growth.</p><p><b>Grow with us – Your Responsibilities</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Manage the receiving process and ensure materials are delivered in a timely manner to the appropriate destination</p><br></li><li><p>Ensure inventory accuracy for finished goods and associated accessories, including serial number validation and batch control</p><br></li><li><p>Define, monitor, and report on department metrics, workcell goals, and operational objectives</p><br></li><li><p>Achieve assigned performance targets and provide recommendations for process improvements</p><br></li><li><p>Oversee daily shipping activities and ensure products are delivered to customers on time using the most efficient shipping methods and freight carriers for domestic and international shipments</p><br></li><li><p>Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including TCC 6S and Kaizen programs, while optimizing warehouse layout and environmental storage controls</p><br></li><li><p>Manage customer return processes and quarantine requirements, ensuring proper storage and tracking of non-inventory items and requests</p><br></li><li><p>Contribute to departmental budget planning and ensure responsible management of approved budgets</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor and report on aged inventory, maintain inventory according to FIFO principles, and actively track product expiration dates</p><br></li><li><p>Lead assigned projects through completion while effectively utilizing available resources</p><br></li></ul><p><b>What will convince us</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Degree in Business or a related discipline, or a minimum of 7 years of professional experience directly related to the role responsibilities</p><br></li><li><p>Demonstrate solid knowledge of outbound logistics, customs regulations, and international shipping requirements</p><br></li><li><p>Apply best practices in warehouse and logistics management with experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Outlook</p><br></li><li><p>Analyze operational data effectively and prepare clear reports and recommendations for improvement</p><br></li><li><p>Manage projects from initiation through completion while balancing priorities and available resources</p><br></li><li><p>Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, employee development, and team motivation</p><br></li><li><p>Collaborate effectively across functions to achieve operational and business objectives</p><br></li><li><p>Build productive relationships through strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach</p><br></li></ul><br><p><b>About Sartorius&nbsp;</b></p><br><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
