<p>ضمن قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات في Safran Electrical & Power، يدمج مهندس OT مركز كفاءة نظم المعلومات الصناعية ويسهم بنشاط في التحول الرقمي للمواقع الصناعية في سياق الصناعة 4.0. يتدخل في تحدٍ رئيسي للمجموعة: ربط المعدات الصناعية (OT). بصفته هذه، يضمن تنفيذ حلول الاتصال، وتحديد البيانات اللازم التقاطها، بالإضافة إلى جمع البيانات واستغلالها، مع احترام متطلبات الأمن السيبراني ومعايير OT.</p><p><strong>المهام الرئيسية:</strong></p><ul><li>تحديد وتطبيق معايير تقنية لربط المعدات الصناعية وفقًا لمعايير المجموعة ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني</li><li>تصميم ونشر وصيانة حلول الاتصال للأنظمة الصناعية</li><li>تنفيذ حلول رقمية لتحسين أداء الوسائل الصناعية (المراقبة، الصيانة، إدارة الانحراف)</li><li>تحديد البيانات المراد جمعها وتحديد خطط الاتصال بما يتوافق مع احتياجات الأعمال</li><li>ضمان جمع البيانات واستغلالها عبر أدوات الإشراف والتحليل (MES، MCS، إلخ)</li><li>المساهمة في دراسات سابقة أثناء تركيب معدات جديدة (الأتمتة، الإشراف، الاتصال)</li><li>المشاركة في مشاريع التحول الرقمي الصناعي المتعلقة بالصناعة 4.0</li><li>تنفيذ أدوات الإشراف للأنظمة والحوادث</li><li>تنسيق مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات الصناعية المحلية (الأمن السيبراني، التقادم، النشر)</li><li>تنشيط ودعم مجتمع مهندسي OT</li><li>تنسيق الفرق الداخلية والخارجية</li><li>المساهمة في ربط خلايا روبوتية وخطوط آلية</li></ul><p><strong>السياق:</strong></p><ul><li>الموقع في موقع dhari (تونس)</li><li>نطاق متعدد المواقع (فرنسا و دولياً: نوار، ميرو، شاتو، كونفلان، لوش)</li><li>سفر عرضي (4-6 أسابيع في السنة)</li></ul><p><strong>التحديات:</strong></p><ul><li>العمل في بيئة صناعية معقدة وحساسة</li><li>التدخل في تقنيات متعددة (البيانات، الشبكات، IoT، الإلكترونيات، البرمجيات)</li><li>التعاون مع فرق متعددة الاختصاصات (IT، الصيانة، الإنتاج)</li></ul><p><strong>الملف المرغوب للمرشح</strong></p><ul><li>شهادة هندسة أو ما يعادلها في IT الصناعية</li><li>خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات</li><li>إتقان بيئات Windows وشبكات الحاسوب/الصناعية</li><li>المعرفة ببرمجة PLC</li><li>مهارات في الإلكترونيات المدمجة</li><li>مستوى جيد من معرفة الأمن السيبراني الصناعي</li><li>معرفة بأنظمة الإشراف (SCADA, MES, MCS)</li><li>الدقة، التنظيم، والاستقلالية</li><li>مهارات تحليلية وتلخيصية جيدة</li><li>مهارات كتابة ممتازة</li><li>مهارات شخصية جيدة وقدرة على العمل عبر وظائف متعددة</li><li>القدرة على تنسيق المشاريع والفرق</li><li>الفضول والاهتمام بمواضيع Industry 4.0 والأمن السيبراني</li><li>رغبة في التعلم والتطوير المستمر</li><li>عقلية تعاونية وموجهة نحو الحلول</li></ul>
