<p>Direct capital projects from initial scope definition and technical feasibility studies through construction, startup, and operational handover.</p><br>

<p>Own the Capital Expenditure Budget (CEB) process administer contractor contracts, monitor expenditures, and maintain strict cost control to deliver projects on time and under budget.</p><br>
