Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across one or more functional areas, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.</li><li>Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, service catalog items, forms, and approval processes.</li><li>Build and maintain automation using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow platform capabilities.</li><li>Support incident, problem, change, request, asset, case management, and configuration management processes.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production defects, system issues, and performance concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, service owners, platform teams, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.</li><li>Support release management activities, including testing, deployment, validation, and post-release support.</li><li>Contribute to platform governance, development standards, reusable design patterns, and best practices.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on service delivery, user experience, automation, data quality, and operational excellence.</li><li>Work effectively within Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environments.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (senior opportunities available for candidates with 7+ years of experience).</li><li>Strong experience in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or CMDB.</li><li>Solid understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.</li><li>Experience configuring workflows, forms, catalog items, approvals, notifications, and service processes.</li><li>Experience supporting production environments, including defect resolution, enhancements, and operational support activities.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party system integrations.</li><li>Exposure to Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Asset Management, CMDB, or Data Reconciliation processes.</li><li>Experience working in large-scale, enterprise ServiceNow environments.</li><li>Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow best practices.</li><li>Experience with customer-facing portals, workspaces, or employee service delivery solutions.</li><li>ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITOM, or related certifications.</li></ul>Why Join Us?You will have the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs, contribute to innovative digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with global teams delivering best-in-class ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains.
