Collecter les indicateurs clé de performance et fournir des analyses aux programmes et à la direction géographique - Analyser les risques logistiques des programmes (fraude, vol / détournement de fonds, corruption, non-conformité, favoritisme, accidents) - Alerter le Directeur logistique ou d'autres directions concernées en cas de divergences et recommande des mesures correctives.<br> - Assurer le suivi du plan d'action du département logistique.<br> - Garantir un mécanisme de contrôle adéquat des programmes sur la gestion des approvisionnements - Effectuer régulièrement des audits/contrôles de qualité logistique sur les programmes et en cas de problèmes identifiés.<br> - <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>- Ensures accurate and efficient production scheduling process for customer satisfaction, respecting defined FG inventory policy and minimizing risk of production of obsolete stock<br>
</p>
<p>- Ensures OTIF deliveries, respecting customer demand at the optimum cost level<br>
</p>
<p>- Analyses customer demand, creates a rough, workable production plan in line with the MPS and provides it to production<br>
</p>
<p>- Conducts permanent monitoring of production output to ensure availability of FG in line with Customer Demand and FG Inventory Startegy<br>
</p>
<p>- Identifies urgent products and escalates the issue to the responsible persons; proposes alternative delivery plan if the customer deadlines risk not to be achieved<br>
</p>
<p>- Supports the dispatch process and outbound truck planning<br>
</p>
<p>- Maintains the parameters and accuracy of Finished Good inventory into the ERP system<br>
</p>
<p>- Coordinates with procurement the material availability in case of relevant customer demand deviation and to prevent material shortages<br>
</p>
<p>- Supports the technical change process in order to ensure the availability of material and to avoid obsolescence<br>
</p>
<p>- Maintains regular contact with the Adv. FG WHs inside the Country or selected Customers for direct deliveries to the customers<br>
</p>
<p>- Prepares the analysis to establish the claims to be submitted to the customer (obsolete stock and nonperformance costs due to customer demand deviation)<br>
</p>
<p>- Supports the Stock Take process in the facility<br>
</p>
<p>- Tracks FG excess stock and takes necessary actions to reduce it</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong><em>Level of Education :</em></strong> Engineer or equivalent</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> min 3 years in supply chain</p>
<p><strong>Field of Study:</strong> Technical/Scientific</p>
<p><strong><em>Language :</em></strong> French & English</p>
<p><strong><em>IT:</em></strong> Microsoft Office</p>
<p><strong><em>Social competences:</em></strong> Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork</p>
