The Senior IT Business Analyst communicates with the business users of all the systems to understand their needs. Those users produce 'requirements' which clearly state the business needs and aligns with business processes. These requirements are used by the IT team or an external supplier to build or modify the system. While the system is being built, the senior IT Business Analyst deals with issues and questions, in addition to supporting the business in implementing the required changes to make effective use of the new or existing system. Your daily tasks will involve: Define scope and manage requirements for gathering process for larger initiatives as needed, including business workshop facilitation and roadmap development.
