Prepare and lead the MPS (pre-PDP) routines for their UAP (Unit of Action). Launch work orders daily in the different workshops according to material availability and workshop workload. Alert the supply department in case of actual or anticipated component shortages. Monitor the progress of work orders, alert in case of deviations, and participate in finding solutions. Comply with the standards and procedures related to the use of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Ensure the consistency of schedules between the different workshops. Analyze the activity's performance indicators (MPS adherence, work-in-process and semi-finished goods levels, stockouts, etc.). Lead/participate in the management routines of their department. As a support technician, you will be responsible for: Remotely diagnosing hardware or software IT malfunctions. Configuring the workstation to the user's needs and performing functional tests. Guiding the user to resolve the incident or taking remote control of the system. Escalating unresolved incidents if necessary, while paying attention to intervention deadlines, and keeping the user informed. Creating a precise description of the intervention after each call and filling in the necessary fields in the incident management tool.Desired Candidate ProfilePassionate, with a degree in Information Technology, or you have at least 2 years of experience in user support or in a contact center. You are recently graduated or thinking about a career change. You speak French and English fluently. You are flexible over a wide range of hours and/or looking for hybrid work.
