Contribute to a to-be-created Citizen Dev Knowledge Hub with technical best practices, documentation, blueprints, and how-to content. Continuously identify and introduce new technologies and approaches that can scale across the company. Community building, change & adoptionEngage, inspire, and grow our (just-starting) global AI and Citizen Dev Community. Design, organize, and run community initiatives such as global challenges, dashboards, expert-sharing sessions, office hours, and community meetups. Develop and maintain a Knowledge Hub with best practices, FAQs, success stories, and training resources. Design and deliver training programs for employees (from executives to citizen developers) to improve AI literacy, citizen development skills, and prompt engineering, either by yourself or with external partners. Collect user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for tools, processes, and training. Continuously innovate and improve how we communicate AI and Citizen Dev transformation and foster engagement. Act as a culture champion, promoting change adoption and storytelling that inspires people to see themselves as part of the transformation.3.
