As our Project Engineer you will be responsible for all the technical deliverables from project structuring through to technical handover on the photovoltaic works for a dedicated Scatec project, or portfolio of linked projects.</p><p>Main responsibilities Support to Structuring Phase of projects During the structuring phase, the Project Engineer has several key functions: Review and approval of technical supply contracts ensuring that the Plant is technically compliant with the PPA, Grid Code and other critical project documents Monitoring and facilitating the review of the Contractors detailed design, ensuring compliance with Scatec functional requirements, site and permit and licensing conditions, local codes and industry best practice Ensuring that the project programme is reasonable and accurately considers the detailed Design Timeline, key equipment procurement and allowance for commissioning, testing and local Grid Connection requirements. Manage and interface with contractors and equipment suppliers to establish, negotiate and align all technical aspects / approvals of the project. Manage the complete Utility interface process on behalf of Scatec from approval of detailed design, through construction, and completion under the Grid Connection Agreement / PPA Assist the PTM to establish and mitigate technical risks through an effective and updated Risk Register. Support to projects in delivery/execution As the project moves into execution, the Project Engineer s role is a continuation and development on the above: Manage and assess design change requests Manage, clarify and agree interfaces towards the grid and the grid operator Management of Governmental/Public/Grid Operator Stakeholders with approval process related to technical documentation and permits, licenses, authorizations, concessions needed during the execution of the HV scope until COD. Provide early warnings to the PTM on any issues in the project that may influence connection dates or the quality of the final product Contribute to drafting the relevant project reports Establish the plant commissioning and utility compliance plans and procedures. Plan and manage the Grid Code Compliance tests on site. Technical enablement &amp; expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate, set up, and maintain a best-in-class citizen development toolkit for automation/RPA and AI (especially Microsoft Power Platform and 365 Copilot) to be used by business users.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to community members on solution design, architecture, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Support business users in translating their needs into scalable and robust technical solutions.</li><li>Beware of existing citizen dev solutions and business needs. Proactively help in transferring solutions to areas where it makes sense.</li><li>Review, curate, and expand our internal citizen developer tools, a to-be-created solution marketplace, ensuring quality, reusability, and compliance with standards.</li><li>Contribute to a to-be-created Citizen Dev Knowledge Hub with technical best practices, documentation, blueprints, and how-to content.</li><li>Continuously identify and introduce new technologies and approaches that can scale across the company.</li><li>Act as a thought leader by exploring emerging AI/automation trends and translating them into practical solutions for the business in the context of citizen development.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Community building, change &amp; adoption</strong></p><ul><li>Engage, inspire, and grow our (just-starting) global AI and Citizen Dev Community.</li><li>Design, organize, and run community initiatives such as global challenges, dashboards, expert-sharing sessions, office hours, and community meetups.</li><li>Develop and maintain a Knowledge Hub with best practices, FAQs, success stories, and training resources.</li><li>Design and deliver training programs for employees (from executives to citizen developers) to improve AI literacy, citizen development skills, and prompt engineering, either by yourself or with external partners.</li><li>Collect user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for tools, processes, and training.</li><li>Continuously innovate and improve how we communicate AI and Citizen Dev transformation and foster engagement.</li><li>Act as a culture champion, promoting change adoption and storytelling that inspires people to see themselves as part of the transformation.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Collaboration between business, IT &amp; AI</strong></p><ul><li>Besides with your internal business users and citizen developers, you work closely with AI Engineers, IT Professionals, and your peer AI Community Enabler to ensure seamless support for business users.</li><li>Bridge the gap between business and IT by clarifying and assessing business requests and requirements for AI and automation use cases</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 Copilot</li><li>Experience with RPA tools and intelligent automation (MS Power Automate, plus awareness of other tools and their limitations).</li><li>Solid understanding and broad knowledge of Generative AI and GenAI tools (especially MS 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat).</li><li>Experience with GPT4All, open-source tools, ChatGPT (Enterprise), agentic AI is a plus.</li><li>Basic understanding and experience with programming languages and scripting, especially Python and VBA; experience working with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ), APIs and relational/non-relational databases is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with business users and translating their needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Good communicator and storyteller, both verbal and written, with a knack for making complex topics feel simple and actionable.</li><li>Empathetic mindset with strong user-centric thinking, especially when it comes to technology and change.</li><li>Strong organizational and facilitation skills (e.g., running workshops, meetups, or training sessions).</li><li>Motivation for change management, digital adoption, internal communications, or community building.</li><li>Curious, self-driven, and eager to continuously improve, experiment, and learn new tools.</li><li>Experience with workflow and data automation tools (e.g. KNIME).</li><li>Experience in scaling solutions and driving automation/AI programs at scale.</li><li>Experience with design thinking, user journey mapping, or internal communication strategy.</li><li>Knowledge about governance topics (responsible AI, data ethics, GDPR).</li><li>Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or AI/Automation tools.</li></ul><p></p></section>
