The strains of institutional (affordable housing, services, land rights), structural (gender, age, ethnicity), and spatial (regional imbalance, mobility, congestion, recreation) inequalities are pushing the vulnerable, marginalized, and impoverished into intergenerational cycles of exclusion. People with disabilities are often not ‘planned for’ as the default intended users and inhabitants of cities and their public spaces, which is reflected in the planning, designing, and maintenance of urban spaces and facilities. This is exacerbated by the lack of participatory and people-centric planning processes, as well as the limitation of accurate disaggregated sex and disability data, especially concerning women and girls with disabilities. There is a limited sensitization, awareness, and technical capacity in understanding the diverse requirements of Persons with disabilities, and how these requirements would be incorporated in the urban development agenda. This holds both in the public sector as well as among private sector players involved in ground-level housing implementation in the country. Strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Airflow, Prefect, or similar. Strong experience with dimensional data modeling and semantic data models. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including services such as S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and Lambda. Hands-on experience designing, building and operating modern data infrastructure, including storage, compute, orchestration, and monitoring. Familiarity with modern AI architectures and the data requirements for LLMs, AI agents and RAG applications. Context La Direction des Projets Urbains, département Production France et International constitue le bureau d’études des infrastructures Urbaines de SYSTRA. Le département de Production France et international regroupe les corps d’état techniques et architecturaux en charge des études des infrastructures réalisées par SYSTRA. Ces études sont réalisées sur les projets Français et internationaux. Ces équipes interviennent dans les phases de conception, de supervision de travaux et de suivi de la mise en service des installations. Missions/Main Duties Dans le cadre d’un accroissement d’activité, le département de Production France et international recherche un Ingénieur capable de mener des études de conception et de dimensionnement des installations courant fort, courant faible. A ce titre, vous aurez en charge : <ul><li>La conception et le dimensionnement des installations électriques CFO / CFA</li><li>La rédaction des documents techniques (spécification technique des installations électriques, schémas électriques, bilan de puissance, spécification des équipements électriques, chiffrage…),</li><li>La rédaction des notices techniques adaptées aux phases d’études, la production des cahiers des charges travaux et analyse technico-économiques des offres des entreprises,</li><li>La vérification de documents et suivi / validation des études, la vérification des études d’exécution des entreprises (plans, schéma, note de calculs)</li><li>La réalisation des calculs de dimensionnement et schématiques des installations électriques basse tension,</li><li>La réalisation des études et des simulations d’éclairage, avec implantation des luminaires</li><li>La réalisation des études video, SSI, contrôle d’accès, GTB, VDI</li></ul> Au-delà des missions afférentes à votre fonction, vous accompagnez les Projeteurs dans l’élaboration des plans et des dossiers graphiques et pilotez l’implémentation du BIM (Building Information Modeling).
