<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Responsible for the service delivery of all Transportation Coordination duties for assigned plants according to defined objectives and KPIs.</p><p>Function specific responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Monitor transportation operations to ensure that staff members comply with LEONI transportation policy, procedures, safety rules, environmental policies and government regulations.</li><li>Review &amp; update busses routes &amp; stations according to government new infra structures &amp; based on union possible requests.</li><li>Direct coordination with relevant departments (i.e. production, VCM, etc.) to receive the layoffs (shortages, stock take..), daily plans &amp; overtime.</li><li>Assure the transportation arrangements if any during holidays as per production requests</li><li>Responsible to issue the renewals of company cars licenses &amp; periodical maintenance.</li><li>Follow up company cars accidents or repairs with both insurance company &amp; maintenance agency.</li><li>Report a daily busses traffic (attendance, departure, lateness &amp; absence) to relevant parties in order to take necessary actions.</li><li>Perform regular audits to the busses (valid licenses - cleaning - overall status, etc.).</li><li>Follow-up with representatives of transportation suppliers for the daily issues.</li><li>Perform required audits for precautionary measures, as defined &amp; requested from authorities and/or internal regulations (e.g. for Covid pandemic, as sanitizing, masks, etc.).</li><li>Regular updates to transportation data base (address, station, bus line, etc.).</li><li>Review monthly invoices with accounting function to ensure the payments are adherent to contract pricing.</li><li>Assist and support line managers &amp; union in transportation requests.</li></ul><p>Supervision of Transportation representatives:</p><ul><li>Supervise the performance of Transportation representatives in LEONI and provide continuous feedback to Head of Facility Management.</li><li>Assign tasks and follow up the completion on the agreed timeline.</li></ul><p>Reports and Analysis:</p><ul><li>Develop and generate transportation statistical reports (attendance, lateness, weekly &amp; monthly budget reports).</li><li>Monitor of daily reports outputs to improve the bus lines with low utilizations (merging, changing bus capacity, route change).</li><li>Responsible for company cars reports of (maintenance, licensing, etc.).</li><li>Daily utilization demo report per line per site.</li><li>Monthly report of COVID19 cost versus budget.</li></ul><p>Interface with Transportation suppliers:</p><ul><li>Follow up with suppliers to solve busses issues &amp; monthly monitor of KPIs.</li><li>Regular daily communication to prepare the needed fleet busses numbers as per production needs.</li><li>Monthly meeting to review &amp; approve monthly invoices presented to LEONI.</li><li>Review bus line routes &amp; stations with necessary requests from employees &amp; union.</li></ul><p>Budget:</p><ul><li>Monitor spending of both company cars &amp; transportation busses to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.</li><li>Set &amp; control for COVID19 precautions requirements budget.</li><li>Review RFC with controlling function.</li></ul><p>Customer satisfaction:</p><ul><li>Respond to daily issues from busses LEONI supervisors.</li><li>Provide assistance in case of busses absent / lateness to compensate TAXI allowances.</li><li>Solve problems related to employees &amp; busses drivers and provide feedback to relevant managers.</li></ul><p>Continuous improvement:</p><ul><li>Ensure efficient and effective daily busses utilization &amp; capacity monitoring according to production plans.</li><li>Diagnose potential areas for improvement actions and proactively drive measures for improvement.</li><li>Making plans for improvement and cost savings related to the maintenance of the company's cars.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Fleet &amp; Vehicle Management</li><li>Route Planning &amp; Optimization</li><li>Fleet Maintenance &amp; Lifecycle Management</li><li>Vehicle Acquisition, Financing &amp; Tracking</li><li>Supplier &amp; Contract Management</li><li>Purchasing Agreements</li><li>Continuous Improvement Planning &amp; Reporting</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Documentation &amp; Written Communication</li><li>MS Office (Advanced Excel/Spreadsheets)</li></ul><p></p></section>
