<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Job description: Senior Software Project Manager (IT Project Manager) Tunis / SousseLocation: TunisContract type: PermanentInternational environmentJoin an international IT team and lead strategic projects!As part of our IT department expansion, Veo Worldwide Services is seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead high-value application projects in an international and multicultural environment. As a key project leader, you will coordinate all stakeholders and ensure the success of development and enhancement projects for critical business applications.Your main tasks<ul><li>IT project management<ul><li>Managing multiple application development or improvement projects simultaneously.</li><li>Define the schedules, priorities, resources and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality objectives and SLAs.</li><li>Identify, anticipate and manage project-related risks.</li></ul></li><li>Team coordination<ul><li>Leading multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Ensure smooth communication between the technical and operational teams.</li><li>Promote collaboration and support the resolution of operational problems.</li></ul></li><li>Reporting & Governance<ul><li>Monitor projects using management tools such as Jira, Tempo or equivalents.</li><li>Produce progress reports, KPIs, budgets, risks and action plans.</li><li>To actively participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes.</li></ul></li></ul>Technical environmentThe projects include, in particular:<ul><li>CRM (Selligent)</li><li>SAP Business Intelligence (Cognos, Talend, SunOpsys)</li><li>Oracle, MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases</li><li>Agile Waterfall / V-cycle methodologies</li></ul></div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Education: Engineering degree, Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.</li><li>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in project management.</li><li>At least 2 years of significant experience as an IT Project Manager.</li><li>Proven experience in managing complex IT projects.</li><li>Experience in an international environment is highly valued.</li></ul></li><li>Technical skills<ul><li>Mastery of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.</li><li>Proven experience with Jira, Atlassian, Microsoft Project or similar tools.</li><li>Good understanding of application environments and software development projects.</li><li>Knowledge of IT processes and best practices in project management.</li></ul></li><li>LANGUAGES<ul><li>French: minimum level B2.</li><li>English: minimum level B2.</li></ul></li><li>Personal qualities<ul><li>Natural leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Sense of organization, autonomy and results orientation.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.</li></ul></li><li>Additional advantages<ul><li>PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification.</li><li>Experience in ERP, CRM or Business Intelligence.</li></ul></li></ul></section>
