<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul><li>Agir comme point de contact direct avec les clients ;</li><li>Suivre le comportement d’achat des client, identifier des opportunités et développer des relations commerciales.</li><li>Mesurer régulièrement la satisfaction des clients (enquêtes, retours terrain), traiter les insatisfactions et mettre en place des actions correctives pour renforcer la fidélité.</li><li>Assurer le suivi des commandes clients de la passation à la livraison, coordonner avec les équipes logistiques et informer proactivement les clients en cas de délai ou d'incident.</li><li>Réceptionner, enregistrer et traiter les réclamations clients dans les délais convenus ; assurer un retour structuré vers le client et documenter les cas pour éviter les récurrences.</li><li>Accompagner les nouveaux clients dans leur prise en main : présentation des produits, des process et des interlocuteurs clés, afin de garantir un démarrage fluide de la relation commerciale.</li><li>Rédiger des comptes-rendus de visites et d'échanges clients, alimenter le CRM et partager les informations clés avec les équipes internes.</li><li>Identifier et remonter les évolutions des besoins, attentes ou contraintes des clients afin d'anticiper les adaptations nécessaires (produit, logistique, conditionnement, délais).</li><li>Assurer une communication claire avec les clients et les parties prenantes en interne sur les spécifications des produits (changement de produit, classification, risques, PBM, aspects juridiques, processus de production, etc...)</li><li>Préparer les bases de données de prospection, les statistiques des ventes... ;</li><li>Gérer les demandes des clients pour les échantillons et faire le suivi ;</li><li>Préparer le coût de revient et le prix de vente pour les BM au besoin ;</li><li>Assurer la mise à jour de la liste de prix, alerter et discuter des problèmes de prix chez les clients avec le Business Manager.</li></ul>Profil Bac+ 2 ou 3avec une expérience professionelle de 3-5 ans enrelation client, support commercial ou chargé de compte, à l’aise avec les outils CRM et Excel, bonne capacitérelationnelle et analyse de données client. </div>
