In this role, the Retoucher will work closely with the in-house photographer and imaging team to prepare and deliver new product photography into our digital asset management (DAM) platform. This role will focus on preparing product photography for use within our scene rendering platform, in addition to day-to-day image retouching responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong eye for detail, be comfortable with learning new technologies/tools, be highly proactive, and possess strong Photoshop skills. The Retoucher is also a key member of our new product launch team and will play a key role in helping to launch thousands of new products on the Vistaprint web site. In addition to your Photoshop and retouching skills, you should have experience working on high-visibility projects within a fast-paced environment. This is a production- level role and requires an energetic personality to consistently deliver a high-volume of work. La prévention occupe désormais une place centrale dans la stratégie nationale, qui repose sur une approche intégrée combinant des dimensions préventives, sociales, éducatives et culturelles à des mesures sécuritaires. </p><br> <br> <p> L’approche de prévention de l’extrémisme violent (PEV) du Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement (PNUD) en Tunisie adopte une vision intégrée, visant à la fois les facteurs structurels de fragilisation de la cohésion sociale et les déclencheurs liés aux réponses sécuritaires. Le projet « TARABOT – Cohésion pour prévenir la violence » réalise cette approche, en bâtissant sur le partenariat entre le PNUD et la Commission Nationale de Lutte Contre le Terrorisme (CNLCT) qui a été établi en 2018. </p><br> <br> <p> En 2026-2029 la troisième phase du projet poursuit quatre objectifs spécifiques : </p><br> <br> <p>1.Les mécanismes de mise en œuvre de la SNLCEVT garantissent la coordination interministérielle, la transparence, la redevabilité et l’apprentissage pour une adaptation continue aux changements du contexte ; </p><br> <br> <p>2.Les jeunes des régions vulnérables accèdent à des espaces de jeunesse attractifs, renforçant leur inclusion, leurs compétences et leur résilience face aux comportements à risque ; </p><br> <br> <p>3.Les jeunes fragilisés par les comportements à risque ou en conflit avec la loi bénéficient de parcours de réhabilitation intégrés, favorisant leur réinsertion sociale et réduisant les risques de récidive ou de radicalisation ; </p><br> <br> <p>4.Le système de signalement et fichage appliqué à la PEV est révisé en conformité avec les droits de l’homme et les principes de l’État de droit. </p><br> <br> <p> À ce titre le PNUD recrute un.e Specialiste Technique Principal.e en Prévention de l’Extremisme Violent qui sera responsable de gérer la mise en œuvre du projet et conseiller les équipes du bureau pays du PNUD et les partenaires locaux sur les approches techniques et méthodologique appropriées. Ses principales missions seront de fournir un appui technique sur la thématique de la PEV et d’assurer le rôle de chef.fe de projet pour assurer que les activités soient mises en œuvre conformément aux plans annuels de travail établis. De même elle/il appuiera les efforts du bureau pays pour la mobilisation de ressources pour ce projet et d’autres interventions en lien avec la thématique. Elle/il appuiera le développement et le suivi de la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie commune au PNUD en Tunisie en matière de prévention de l’extrémisme violent et renforcement de la cohésion sociale, pour informer les actions sur cette thématique menées par d’autres projets du PNUD et maximiser les synergies programmatiques. Elle/il accompagnera les efforts du PNUD pour renforcer le partenariat sur cette thématique avec d’autres agences du système des Nations Unies en Tunisie et d’autres partenaires de développement tout en assurant le positionnement stratégique du bureau de pays. Elle/il renforcera la documentation et le partage de connaissances et de bonnes pratiques en matière de PEV en Tunisie et dans la région. </p><br> <br> <p><strong>Scope of Work </strong> </p><br> <br> <p><strong>1.Assurer la mise en œuvre du projet TARABOT :</strong> </p><br> <br> <ul> <li>Préparer des plans de travail annuels du projet ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Coordonner la mise en œuvre des activités du projet conformément au plan de travail annuel et en conformité avec les politiques et procédures du PNUD et les priorités stratégiques du bureau pays ; </li> </ul> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Assurer le recrutement, supervision et évaluation de la performance du personnel et des consultants nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du projet ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Gérer une équipe de projet solide et compétente, avec la capacité d’assurer un appui technique de haute qualité ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Développer des termes de référence et notes conceptuelles concernant les activités programmées ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Préparer des rapports périodiques de mise en œuvre du projet (état d’avancement, défis, opportunités, recommandations) ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Organiser et faire le suivi des réunions du Comités de Pilotage (COPIL) du projet et préparation des rapports et présentations requises ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Mise en œuvre d’un système de monitoring de progrès et du registre de risques et documentation des actualisations ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Assurer le suivi du progrès du projet selon les indicateurs définis dans le document de projet et révision du cadre de résultats avec l’autorisation du COPIL, si nécessaire </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Coordonner des évaluations et élaborations des systèmes de suivi et d’amélioration ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Assurer la gestion financière des ressources du projet selon les règles du PNUD et les accords signés avec les bailleurs de fonds ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Garantir la conformité avec les standards de programmation du PNUD (ex. assurance qualité, standards sociaux et environnementaux, modalités de gestion dans Quantum, etc.). </li> </ul> <br> <p><strong>2.Fournir une expertise technique dans le domaine de la prévention de l’extrémisme violent et le renforcement de la cohésion sociale :</strong> </p><br> <br> <ul> <li>Fournir une expertise substantive et apporter un appui technique en matière de prévention de l’extrémisme violent et de renforcement de la cohésion sociale au bureau du PNUD et aux partenaires nationaux, y compris la société civile ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Contribuer aux exercices de planification stratégiques et à la révision/ évaluation de ces documents ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Assurer l’intégration des thématiques transversales, telles que le genre, les droits de l’homme et ne laisser personne de côté ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Coordonner le développement et le suivi de la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie commune du PNUD Tunisie en matière de renforcement de la cohésion sociale. </li> </ul> <br> <p><strong>3.Assurer et conseiller sur la mise en place et le renforcement de partenariats stratégiques (intra-UN, partenaires nationaux et internationaux) et contribuer à la mobilisation des ressources :</strong> </p><br> <br> <ul> <li>Assurer la coordination avec d’autres agences des Nations Unies dans le cadre du projet TARABOT ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Assurer la coordination et l’alignement des intervention du PNUD en matière de PEV et renforcement de la cohésion sociale avec celles des principaux partenaires de développement en Tunisie ; </li> </ul> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Établir et renforcer des relations stratégiques avec des partenaires institutionnels tunisiens qui préfigurent des collaborations de long terme ; spécifiquement assurer la consolidation des relations avec la CNLCT et les ministères de l’Intérieur, des Affaires Sociales et de la Jeunesse et des Sports ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Identifier les opportunités de financement dans le domaine de la PEV et renforcement de la cohésion sociale pour consolider l’appui financier au projet en cours et pour l’initiation de nouveaux projets et initiatives ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Assurer la liaison et la consolidation de bonnes relations de collaboration avec les bailleurs de fonds du projet ; </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li>Coordonner l’élaboration de briefs, notes conceptuelles et autres nouveaux documents de projet selon les règles du PNUD et les priorités des bailleurs de fonds/ partenaires. </li> </ul> <br> <p><strong>4.Assurer la gestion des connaissances et le partage des leçons apprises au sein du système des Nations Unies et avec les partenaires externes : </strong> </p><br> <br> <ul> <li>Renforcer la documentation et la production de connaissances à travers des activités de recherche et de suivi et évaluation ;
